Will the casual vacancy arising out of the above be filled by the board of directors of the company? What will be the tenure of such Auditor if CV is filled by BOD?

then BOD will appoint next auditor in such case as explained in rules clearly and he will continue till next AGM.

further if such change was pre decided and resolution to change was proposed before AGM then you will have to apply procedure of removal of auditor also
if it was not proposed before then no need to apply complete removal of auditor at general meeting
