SA 220 says, any taking over partner. new partner who is replacing old partner. has to perform detailed review as per SA 220 of work which is already done. then they explain how to do this review.

they also explain we can delegate work and not responsibility, hence we cannot have blind reliance and hence work should be reviewed and then rely on it
