if the first auditor is individual
and at the conclusion of 1st AGM he is reappointed till 6th AGM then total peiod will be 6 consecutive years
please explain

In rotation we count only those terms, which are originally of 5 AGMs.
So term of 1st Auditor or Casual Vacancy Auditor will not counted for Rotation.
So in given example, ignore term 1st Auditor and then 1 term 5 AGMs is absolutely fine.
