Sir,
Chairperson of BOD of top 500 listed companies should be a non executive director na sir. I.e., he shouldn’t be a executive director
 
Then how come Ambani ji will be chairperson of RIL?
HE IS MD,  so he is a executive director..how sir?

ambaniji is covered in exemption given “non identifiable promoter”
