in case of Rotation Of Auditor if the company has exceeded borrowings of 50 crores for one year because of some expansion of rapid project then also will auditors rotation will be applicable ???
in the above case borrowings has increased only one time ???
And also if Rotation is applicable once will it applicable forever or every time we need to check the limits ???
