In Ca Final MCQ IC.4 the correct option should be A , As BOD appoints auditor of insurance cos , how come it is B i.e C&AG appoints it

again poor drafting
they have assumed its a government company but point with respect to maximum 3 companies and not more than 2 general or life insurance companies at a point of time is correct
