Dear Sir
In the Section CA Deemed to be in Practice it is given that –
A CA will not be deemed to be in Practice if he is in the capacity of an employee.
Question – Does that mean that a CA working in Industry is not covered in this category?

Regards
Varun

ca working in industry as employee is not deemed to be in practice.
when you take service contracts in your name and not your employer’s name, then only deeming fiction gets applicable
