And sir as per the example you quoted in your MF lecture the Dividend we receive of 3rs. is pre acquisition dividend and hence should be reduced from cost of such invt. as per AS-13 so as per AS-13 MF sholud not book such dividend as dividend income and if it so then it would be in contravention of AS-13 also..??

in books of mutual fund, if they buy shares and they get pre acquisition dividend then it should be adjusted with there cost as per AS 13, there is no confusion or second view on that.
