AuditGuru Results: Every All India Rank and Audit Score Improvement, in One Place

Students ask me a fair question before they buy anything: does this actually work?

It deserves a proper answer rather than a testimonial slider. So this page collects, in one place, every All India Rank achieved by a student I have taught, and every score improvement students have shared with me — with the numbers they started from, not just the ones they finished with.

All India Ranks

Nine All India Ranks, across eight students.

All India Rank Student
AIR 2 Nitin Jain
AIR 4 Aditya Maheshwari
AIR 7 Nikita Agrawal
AIR 8 Girish Aswani
AIR 9 Aditya Maheshwari
AIR 13 Dipesh Nagdev
AIR 15 Adarsh Agrawal
AIR 16 Prasanna Surana
AIR 20 Akshat Jain

Aditya Maheshwari appears twice — AIR 9 at CA Inter, and then AIR 4 at CA Final. That is eight students and nine ranks, not nine students. In his CA Final attempt he scored 71 in Audit.

Score improvements — the more useful number

A rank tells you what the strongest student in the country managed. It does not tell you much about what happens to an ordinary student who is stuck.

These are improvements students sent me after the January 2026 attempt, in their own words. I have put the starting score next to the finishing one, because the distance is the point.

Student Before After
Nandan Heda, Amravati 27 57
Krishna 14, 29, 25, 30 — four attempts 55, Group 1 cleared
Mugdha 28 (Sep 25) 49 (Jan 26), cleared
Chirag 29 41
Aditya Maheshwari 71, AIR 4 (CA Final)

Two more, unnamed at their request: a student who had been stuck in the 30s across the May and September 2025 attempts and finally crossed it, and one who scored 69 in a third attempt.

Krishna’s story is the one worth reading twice

Four attempts: 14, then 29, then 25, then 30. By any reasonable measure that is a student who had concluded Audit was not for him.

What changed was not a new class. He sent me his certified copy, we went through it together on a Zoom call, and the actual weaknesses became visible — not the ones he assumed he had. He then knew exactly what to fix.

January: 55 in Audit, Group 1 cleared.

This is why I offer free certified copy analysis. Most students who are stuck are not studying too little. They are fixing the wrong thing.

And the ones who simply refused to stop

  • CA Gunjan started in 2017 and cleared after nine years. Attempts, delays, self-doubt — and she kept showing up.
  • CA Ronak Sharma cleared while holding down a full-time job, studying after office, every day, for years.
  • One CA Inter student failed both groups, then had Audit and FM stuck for almost a year, and cleared in January 2026.

I put these next to the ranks deliberately. If the only results shown are AIR 2 and AIR 4, a student scoring 28 concludes the page is not about them. It is.

What these numbers do not say

Some honesty, since the whole point of the page is evidence.

These are the students who wrote to me. Students who did badly generally do not send a message, so this list is not a pass rate and I am not presenting it as one. Nobody should read a table of ranks and conclude a result is guaranteed — Chirag improved from 29 to 41 and still fell short on aggregate, and that is on the page too.

What the numbers do support is narrower and more useful: Audit is not a low-scoring subject, and a score in the 20s is not a ceiling. Students move from the 20s to the 50s regularly enough that it should be treated as normal rather than exceptional.

Frequently asked questions

How many of CA Ravi Taori’s students have secured All India Ranks?

Eight students have placed in the All India Top 20, between them holding nine ranks — AIR 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16 and 20. Aditya Maheshwari holds two of them, AIR 9 at CA Inter and AIR 4 at CA Final.

What is the highest rank achieved by a student of AuditGuru?

AIR 2. At CA Final specifically, the highest is AIR 4 — Aditya Maheshwari, who also scored 71 in Audit.

Is a score in the 20s in Audit recoverable?

Yes, and routinely. Nandan Heda moved from 27 to 57, Mugdha from 28 to 49, and Krishna from four attempts in the teens and twenties to 55. The usual reason a score stays stuck is that the wrong problem is being fixed.

Is Audit a low-scoring subject?

No. Students of mine have scored 71 and 69, and one of my CA Final rankers described Audit as his highest-scoring subject. It has a reputation for being low-scoring because it is commonly studied as theory when it is a practical paper.

What is the fastest way to find out why my Audit score is stuck?

Get your certified copy from ICAI and read it properly. It converts a vague sense of failure into a specific, fixable list. I analyse them free — the process is here.

If you are the one who is stuck

Start with the free material rather than a purchase: everything for CA Inter Audit and CA Final Audit is collected in one place. If you want a plan built around your specific paper instead of a general strategy, that is what the one-to-one mentorship programme is for.
