Preparing and Certifying is principally incorrect and it is not supported by SAE 3400 also. Further he certified it which is again not in line with SAE 3400, he should have commented on reasonableness of assumptions used.
so it is incorrect om two points, question in PM is same except that he didn’t prepare it.
