Since appointment of auditor needs to be ratified in each AGM.

BOD will appoint next auditor.

If at 2nd agm ratification was not done then the audit is removed..now how the next auditor will be appt ???? Will it done by BOD ???

And what will be the tenure of such auditor?
will appointment by BOD require ratification by shareholders??
