What is the logic behind considering partly paid forfeited shares re-issued as fully paid as an allotment at discount? If such re-issue as fully paid share is done where the sum of amount paid by earlier owner and re-issue amount is equal to or more than the Face Value, will it yet be considered as a issue at discount?
