Sir
While doing the tax audit  in case if we have a multiple branches whether we see turnover or gross receipts in total of all branches and issue one consolidated tax audit report or should we issue  branch wise tax audit report …… and if a particular branch has exceeds the specified limits of 1 crore or 50 lakhs whether for that particular branch tax audit is mandatory or it shall be ignored on  the condition that only one tax audit filing is sufficient ???

Tax Audit applicability is checked for the whole assessee taking all branches together, it is not checked branch wise.

Just like statutory audit report, single tax audit report is submitted. If there are separate branch auditors then only they will make separate branch audit reports, which will be sent to principal auditor, who will make final audit report.
