Sir if while answering a question, answer is correctly written with proper explanation as per respective clause of tax audit but clause quoted goes wrong will there be any marks for it?

1 mark may be deducted, most probably
it depends on what examiner thinks about quality of answer
if he think its high quality with logic and explanation he may not deduct it
but it surely has impact on thought process of examiner, use our short cut technique given in tax audit revision lecture on YouTube, to remember all clauses easily
