So those points ,given in brackets, are part of the answer or they are just example for understanding?? For example – General principles of Corp.Govn. 1. Right of shareholders (Right of information/participation..etc) so information in bracket is part or example?

That is explanation on short, at some places it is elaborated explanation and examples .
It can be included in answers for explanation.
