Question is if co. hasn’t filed for consecutive 3 FY financial statements or annual returns to roc or defaulted in payment of intt. of 1 year ..does all the directors disqualified ??
And one more ques. u/s 137 FS to be filed to ROC is responsibility of co. or auditor?

1. All directors will be disqualified for next appointment or reappointment for 5 years, that means they will continue their present terms and they will not be eligible for any new appointments and reappointmentments.
2. It is companies responsibility
