Second Schedule Part II is applicable to CAs in general.
Further
Cl1– CA in General
Cl2– CA in Employment
Cl3– CA in General
Cl4– CA in General

So clause 2 is odd man out. because confidentiality for practising CA is covered in Second Schedule Part 1 Clause 1. Yes its typo error in chart.
