Listed Companies
Unlisted Public Company having paid up share capital 10 Crores or more
Private Company having paid up capital 20 crore or more (50 crores amendment came on 22nd June not applicable to nov 17 exams, applicable from May 18 exams, RTP has given wrong link)
other than above companies having public borrowings from financial institutions, banks or public deposits of rupees 50 crores or more.
