Sir, In audit of consolidated FS, if auditor of parent and components are different. Then whether SA 299 Joint auditor will be applicable??

No in such case SA 600 will be applicable.
SA 299 is relevant when final audit report is signed by both the auditors.
Here final consolidated audit report will be signed by auditor of holding company.
