Sir as per section 9 of CA Act 1949, composition of council = 24 members elected + 6 from CG
However as per recent elections of ICAI, 36 council members appointed (considering all the regions)
Why this discrepency

As per Sec 9 — 32 Elected Members & 8 Nominated Member in central council
