Whether statutory auditor can render services of filing IT,GST,TDS,l and certifying ROC forms to client ?
Bcoz sec 144 covers mangement services and sec 2(2) of CA Act says MCS exclude tax adivsory or representation services

Yes he can render tax advisory and related services as they are not prohibited.
management services is not defined. It generally means managing business, location or department for company.
