For sec 140(1) first board resolution has to be passed for Application to CG… The application will be in form ADT2..after receiving the approval we have to pass a SR in GM
However in Form ADT 2, we have to attach the SR and give details of SR passed…how it will be possible?
We have to conduct GM after the receipt of application nah sir??
