Placement of Other Information Para …..is after EMP/OMP or before?

as per illustrations given at the end of 720
if other info is having misstatement it is given above KAM in other cases it is below KAM
it is always given above other matter para
they are silent with respect to position with respect to EMP
as per relative importance it may be above or below it
