Sir in sa 560,
If mgmt is not resticted by law to amend f/s then auditor is permitted to restrict the audit procedures on subsy. Events..
What does this mean sir.?

For example subsequent event was noticed after signing audit report which would change opinion
but management while doing amendments did some other changes also like change in accounting policy or change in estimate etc
auditor will check and cover changes because of subsequent events but he not bound to check other amendments
