If CA Mr. X ( Proprietor) is appointed as auditor of company in which provision of rotation of auditor is applicable. After completing 4 years, CA Mrs. X joined Mr.X as partner. Converted proprietorship into partnership. Now , for 2nd term can they be reappointed?

if proprietor converts into partnership
it will be lead to removal of proprietorship, its term will comes to an end, and cooling period will get applicable immediately
once cooling will get applicable to proprietor, partnership firm where he is partner, cooling will get applicable to such firm also
