If In 9th year company appoints another Auditor for smooth transition. After the first Auditor retires. What shall be the tenure of this new Auditor who came in as joint auditor.  Will the years of his joint audit be counted as his tenure for application of rotation provisions?

Years in which person was joint auditor will be counted for the purpose of applying rotation.
