Who decides the remuneration of Auditor in case of
Govt co. 1st Auditor and Subsequent ar
And Non Govt co 1 nd 2 Auditor

it is same for government and other companies, it is as per Sec 142, First Auditor by BOD, then BOD will decide, In other cases Shareholders will decide or they can delegate it
