Sir, as per regulation 26 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations a director cannot be chairman in more than 5 committees across all listed companies but for reckoning the limit do we need include 2 times if he is chairman of both audit and shareholder relationship committee in same company and chairman of audit committee in other listed companies
Please clarify

If director is member or chairperson of both audit and shareholder committee, in same company, it will be counted as 2
