Dear Sir,
In this I would like to mention that in some cases the clauses 6 & 7 of part 1 of 1st Sch. apply..though in many places reference of either of them is only given. In exam if confused can both references be given ? 
Kindly revert at earliest. Thank you.

if you see lecture  i have clarified
if its related to clarification of clause 6 — give clause 6
if its related to clarification of clause 7 — give clause 7
