1st Point means
Structureof CIS Department Director / Senior Manager / Manager their role and responsibilities, auditor should be aware about these things so that he knows which information can be obtained from each person. Further whether computers present only in CIS department or each department has computer
2nd point means
Auditor has to decide , how will study technical aspect of computer system , what work will done by CIS experts and when will they do it , like studying networking , programming , back up etc
Above points important while planing audit in CIS environment
