Section 2(2) creates a deeming fiction on CA\’s, then in which section the term CA in practice is defined or it is written that what a CA in practice should do etc as this section deems a CA to be in practice if he performs certain activities which are generally to be rendered by a CA in practice.

it is written in the section that an Individual ‘in partnership with CA’s perform such activities. My question is if a CA in partnership with lawyers or any other professionals performs such services of accountancy etc then he may not be deemed to be in practice as per the language of section
