In the question it is stated as ” After three year of appointment, Mr Dhawal resigned as Director and accepted the Statutory audit position of the company”. In answer it is given as “tenure of 2 years after his resignation is completed, So no misconduct”. I understood the question as after being as director for 3 yrs, he resigned and accepted Statutory audit without the cooling period. Please clarify sir.
