Central Statutory auditors means auditor who going to sign balance sheet and P&L of the whole company ,whole  bank . He is the Central statutory auditor
Branch statutory auditor means  that they are going to sign audit report of the branches.  So  difference  is that Central Statutory auditor  sign the balance sheet and P&L of the whole company  and the branch auditor will sign only for the branch.
