Sir,
- If proposed name of LLP of CA firm resembles with any other non-CA entity , it is said that to avoid confusion proposed name may include word “Chartered Accountant or Chartered Accountants” – will this also be allowed by registrar of LLP only after approval by secretary,ICAI?
- Please explain point C in LLP related clarifications – “the names of the CA firms registered with the ICAI shall remain reserved for the partners as one of the options for LLP names?
- While counting period of continuous practice for the purpose of number of articles – if a CA who is doing job in areas specified for 5 years applies for FCA can he appoint 7 articles if he wants to do practice? or the period of practice 3/3-5/5-10/>10 years has nothing to do with associate or FCA and has to be counted after he starts practice?
