sir in professional ethics if a ca contravene any council guideline of advertisement such as “online 3rd party platform” or application based service provider than in which clause he shall be deemed gulity whether clause 6 or 7 of ist schedule

Advertisement in general is covered by clause 6, Further ICAI module has generally placed these matters below clause 6 so we should stick to clause 6
Some clarifications such as staff recruitments, sale of property are covered in clause 7 clarifications should covered in that clause.
