Acceptance of original professional work by a member emanating from the client introduced to him by another member 
The Council has decided that a member should not accept the original professional work emanating from a client introduced to him by another member. If any professional work of such client comes to him directly, it should be his duty to ask the client that he should come through the other member dealing generally with his original work.
Example
CA Ram had a educational institution as client. He took CA Shyam with him to a meeting with principal. Now for CA Shyam principal is contact introduced by another CA. CA Shyam cannot accept any work directly from principal, it should be first informed and discussed with CA Ram.
