Dear Sir,
In the peer review topic ( WHO SHALL NOT BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD) Why we exclude these member is there any logic behind this concept.

Sorry for late reply, our site had some issues.
ICAI considers peer review as improvement branch of icai, it want to keep disciplinary , punishment arm separate from each other. So they made such rule.
