Hello sir, I have a query, whether a CA in service can enter into LLP with a CA in practice? Is there any role of part-time COP in this case? Kindly solve my query. Thank you

CA having COP cannot enter into Partnership with CA in Service.
He can enter into Partnership with only that CA who is having COP.
