hello sir ,
1. should we write xi titles under SARBOX if the question asked is “List the major provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.” if not , what should we write in particular?
2. do we need to have in depth knowledge about sox Act or is it sufficient if we go through 4 pm questions?
3. please explain this point “employee protections allowing those corporate fraud whistleblowers who file complaints with OSHA within 90 days to win reinstatement, backpay and benifits, compensatory damages, and congressional page abatement orders and reasonable attorney fees and costs.”

OSHA is department in USA — Occupational Safety and Health Administration
if any employee does whistle blowing and complaints against employees , officers involved in wrong doings should be protected who has gone to to OSHA department
