In old syllabus of CA Final  Law provision relating SEBI LODR has been excluded but the same has been covered in PARAM Book chapter Corporate Governance.
Are those mentioned provisions to be read or to be excluded

no such announcement for audit , its important chapter we have to study it
we have to follow changes in audit RTP thats it
