if CA performs accountancy, audit, tax, finance, cost etc other related work whether directly or indirectly with or witout partnership he will be deemed to be in practice.
dont interpret CA Act like DT or IDT, its a very old act and drafting is not perfect at many places. intention and purpose is more important for interpretation than words alone.
