In nov17 RTP there was some amendment regarding this section(182) which i am unable to remember.

Prohibition — Govt Co / New Company (less than 3 years after incorporation)
Other Co– BOD Resolution + No Limit + Specified Payment Mode (A/c Cheque or DD or Online)
