Just like ca should be in practice
For sharing he can just be qualified lawyer even of no membership with BAR

Qualified lawyer one who has comoketed his education but yet to get membership. Such people are eligleble for sharing.
Then you have to apply fulfill conditions to become member of bar , these guys are elegible for partnership also.
