Is Chapter 7 a part of the syllabus in CA Final (new course) as the index says that portion of it is covered in the classes of the SAs which have been removed from the syllabus and onyl a 25 minute lecture is there

800-4000 series is removed but guidance note on special purpose certificates is still part of syllabus so that lecture is relevant
