It will be contravention of SA 299 / Sec 143 (9) / Sh 2 Part 1 Clause 9
Both joint auditors will be punished.
They will be responsible for individual areas as allocated orally.

Duties will remain same as decided , they will be punished for being negligent and not following SA 299
