If in a meeting of AASB where standards are proposed in a particular area and 1/3rd members are present in person while the other 1/3rd are present through video conferencing, would this serve the requirement of 2/3rd?? Yes while counting 2/3 physical attendance and presence through telecommunications or video link will be counted.

This procedure is for standards and not for guidance notes.

For guidance notes 1/3rd quorum will be all fine.
