the time from which auditor is disqualified, he is out of office, he seizes  to be auditor , he cann sign audit in such case
new auditor will be appointed and he will have to redo audit, work can be reduced if he can use documents of old auditor and take his help in doing audit
 
but such circumstances will be extremely rare
