Hello Nupur
As per recent changes SBI & Nationalised Banks will select there Statutory Central Auditors from empaneled list provided by RBI, then take approval from RBI before appointment.
Step 1:- Select auditor from list provided by RBI
Step 2:- Take approval of RBI
Step 3:- Appoint Auditor
