139(10) Says that if no auditor is appointed in the last AGM of his tenure that is 6th AGM then he will get automatically appointed for next one AGM.
Rule 3 (7) says that if resolution at AGM confirming continuation of auditor on 2nd 3rd 4th 5th AGMs, that is “in between AGMs” fails then BOD will appoint next auditor
