Sir , As discussed in video forensic audits are used as a proof used in court of law.
Then why forensic audit report which are discussed in video , says ” not to be used in legal proceedings“. ?

It is as per agreement between auditor and client. Also it is at discretion of auditor. May be he will modify report for court or charge extra for such report and facility.
